This company lie's about what they put on your dac report and what is permanent. They put on my dac report that i was terminated for not taking a agility test to come back to work from going to my doctor. Driver manager Danny Cameron (what a waste for a human being) said that all i needed from my doctor was a signed excuse. Well i got that and then called in and he put me on hold and Van Beck (head of fleet managers-another waste of air space) said that i could not come back, that i was put out of service by the company and will have to wait for further instructions.
I had to go back to my doctor (another $50.00 co-pay) and see her for her to sign off on the agility test for me to take. Then i had to wait for (2) more day's for them (maverick) to get back with me to tell me that i had to drive all the way to Memphis, Tenn. To their doctor and retake the agility test again for them. I was not allowed to drive the company truck (i was still put out of service and not allowed to drive) and they would not pay or reimburse me for gas or time to go up there. They terminated me for "violating company policy".
Also put on there discharged and terminated my lease, i did not have a lease with them. I never violated company policy, would have loved to take that agility test if they would have paid me to go all the way up there. This all took place in a week and a half of no money coming in. They also said they would come to get the truck and i was to go and clean it out. No abandedment would be on my dac report, (the only thing that is correct) This company and all trucking companies should be accountable for what they write on the dac report. This company should be avoided at all cost. Do not go to work for them. The miles are not ther and they will and do lie to you.
