I have never heard of a company that will not refund your money completely if you decide the next day that you want a refund. This is a matchmaking services however I did not receive any services from them, because I thought twice about it the next day. It is very crooked and misleading. The reason that I did not sign the cancellation policy for only half of my money was because why should I pay $650.00 for an interview that lasted three hours. As soon as she found out I was a school based therapist, Karen went on an on about the issues her child is having at school and at home. So two of three hours were spent talking about the interviewers daughter that attends preschool. I gave suggestions and appropriate referrals to places in town that can evaluate the child for a diagnosis and medication if needed. I do not feel like I was being evaluated or tested. At one time I felt like I needed to charge her for consulting with me! In addition, the services were very misleading because it seemed like the person that interviewed you would be the one doing the matchmaking.instead all they do is send your picture and an elementary piece of paper of your likes and dislikes to some stranger that I never met before. The actual matchmaker never met me and she lives in another state! How can they truly match you with someone with an appropriate match if they dont take the time to be the one to interview me? That was never made clear either. I feel that the whole service is a scam to get your money without trying to find a true match for you. I did not utilize the service they provide, I was not evaluated appropriately, and if I had just turned around a walked away that night after the meeting I wouldnt have owed them a dime, but since they got the chance to swipe my credit card I owe them half of their services? It makes no since. Consumers stay away. They just want your money they don't care about customer satisfaction or truly matching you with someone that you may like.
