Contracted with Phillip in Nov to find locations for and to place vending machines. Was originally quoted 30-45 days. After many, many excuses and over a year the job has not been done. Have requested a refund of my money even before he tried starting. Now more than a year later still cant get my refund and when he had showed up he did NOT and has NOT done the job. He also found locations outside my requested area. I live in Oshkosh and requested locations in the Oshkosh/Fox Valley area and he, without advisement or direction from me, found locations in Milwaukee. When he has showed up he has only placed with me one day. All other times I was told to be ready he took off and was unavailable to be reached. I have been left stranded, paying interest, having product spoilage, paying storage fees due to Phillips inability to perform what contracted for. Now wants to sell me stale 7 month old locations. This has gone on way too long and is well beyond a reasonable persons allowable delay period. He has $16,430 for location services for which I have only received $1533 in locations for.
