Disrespectful and unprofessional

I bought an umbrella out of this 7 Eleven roughly fourteen days before. I'dnot exposed it until a week ago. A few my friends observed me starting the umbrella from its bundle for that very first time. All of us realized that the umbrella was damaged. Friday September 4, I visited return the umbrella throughout the night and also the cashier at that time explained to return throughout the day after 9 AM. I delivered Monday September 7 around 3 PM to create my reimbursement. Two cashiers required my umbrella out-of its presentation and began talking with one another in a language before me. They explained that I can not return it since itis damaged. I told them I unconsciously purchased this way. They introduced the supervisor towards the entrance and he proceeded to verbally strike me by indirectly blaming me of laying and ultimately blaming me of splitting the umbrella. He stated he did not trust me since I had been the only real client they will have ever endured attempt to return a product which was offered damaged. Then he explained that I'd them for 2 months currently which I ought tonot have waited such a long time to come back it. I thought the shopis reimbursement plan permitted clients as much as thirty days to come back anything. I didn't visit a reimbursement plan published everywhere within this shop and also the supervisor did not actually bother to inform me what their reimbursement plan was. I extended to continuously obtain a reimbursement, but he extended to dismiss me and disrupt me together with his observation how I am laying and just how I broke the umbrella. At-one stage, I actually informed him I've no cause to grab an umbrella. I actually bluntly told them they offered me a broken umbrella and that I would like to return it. The supervisor began condescendingly telling me how many clients examine their products once they purchase them in the place of waiting "fourteen days" to come back them. I hardly understand how I might have completed this simply because they maintain their umbrellas concealed behind the table and that I've yet to go to one shop which in fact enables clients to start a product out-of its packag ing and analyze it before purchasing it. I expected to get a reimbursement, but I understood he was really hesitant to refund my cash for that damaged product which was offered in my experience; and so I resolved for an unprofessional trade. The supervisor ultimately offered me another umbrella and explained to look at it before him, and that I told him the brand new one was good. Then he believed to not "do this" again otherwise they wont I would like to reimbursement (which they nevertheless didn't), and he began walking away.in most shop I Have created an exchange with, the cashier called up my product and offered me a bill (and perhaps had me complete paperwork in rare events). This supervisor simply strolled away while I waited to get a bill or some evidence of trade, then another cashier explained it's completed and that I might keep. I thought assaulted and humiliated due to the supervisor having created a picture in public places and having handled me thus disrespectfully before different clients. Which was extremely unprofessional to get a shop worker to possess charged a person of lying and also to have intentionally offered damaged items to his clients although not actually care. He was much more unprofessional by not providing me a bill or some kind of evidence of trade.
