We were operator of the Mayan Structure for around 7 years and upgrated towards the Great Mayan 24 months before, we taken care of particular benefits that people never obtained plus they transformed the first environment without informing people, we'd issue in los cabos (no heated water, beach not swimmable etc. We been assured issues we never got and also the customer support required 4 weeks to reply sorry butwe cannot help you. To get a 5 stars resort this isn't appropriate, they got our cash and cannot actually do something for all of US.
They take benefits and therefore are liars.
