I have an investment property in Las Vegas, I drove 300 miles to meet with these people about geting my property rented. A lady I meet over the phone and later in person when I arrived NAMED Kathy Cupich represented to me she was a REALTOR and that she would rent out my house. Gave me paperwork to fill out so they could put the property on the MLS and start marketing it on their website. They gave me a price range it could rent for. She looked up comps in the computer while I was there in the office and came to the hosue with me to see the home to get a better opinion on what I could rent it for. After spending a few hours with her and her partners I took the paperwork home with me to fax over in a day or so.
Once I faxed it to them, I assumed that they would have it on the MLS and start marketing the home for rent. I called daily and emailed her and she would never return my phone calls. It was when I spoke to someone else I found that they do have my fax and were working on it. Finally when I was able to get my AGENT on the phone "Kathy Cupich" she kept telling me she was busy, always had an excuse so I asked her to call back when she was not busy. Never once did she ever call me back/.in the mean time Im getting phone calls about an ad I placed on CRAIGS LIST prior to listing it, I was telling everyone that called to call her that she has the listing now and could show the home. A few times whem we talked she told me she would have to pay someone to go out and take photos of the home, I told her to save time and money that I would send her photos that I already had. EVERY email I sent her always asked for her to send me the websites so i could see my listing, I also asked her to send me the MLS listing to check it for accuracy. She only replied once to me and mentioned that she would have to charge me additional funds to put a lock box on the house. BUT never ever told me she would send me any of the other info I requested such as the MLS listing or the websites.
After calling a week, I was told by others in the office and by Kathy she did list it and it was done, I still never got a copy of it so i could see it myself, and she said she would send to me soon. After a few more days, maybe a week I started asking othersi nthe office, emailing thebroker and other people on their website and none would help me. I called every agent LAST weekend in the directory, none would call me. I started to get very upset becaus it was the end of the month when Most people are looking for a place and wondered why there were no phone calls, I for the first time was able to call KATHY on her cell phone on a Saturday (from a different number that I hvae never called her from) she answered the phone cherrlfuly, and then her voice changed when she knew it was me. I asked her after all this time why she wouldnt send me the mls report or anything else, her reply was " I DONT WORK ON WEEKENDS" so i asked her if she would send it MONDAY even though I asked her many days durreing the week, SHE SAID yes and hung up on me.
So I started checking them out with the Greater las Vegas ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS sending emails about my situation over that weekend. ALSO checking to find out if there are any other referals for other companies in the area. I found a few new companies that I planed to call Monday (this week) and got an email from the GLVAR that said (see below)

So I started by calling him and others because at this time I was so worried about the security of my home and someone that LIED to me about having a REAL ESTATE lic. Not to mention all the scams I heard about over the years of people renting out homes that are not theres to rent.
SO in ending this complaint, IM so upset that I already called that broker prior to findout any of this and she never called me back, nor did anyone else in the office until they found out I was on to all of them and how they ALL told me she was a REALTOR So many times when I wanted help from someone else they told me talk to your agent KATHY or your agent is Kathy.
After the complaint was filed and they knew I was upset, it was today THAT DON the office manger or something and then THE BROKER CALLED ME to apoligize for her misrepresentation as being a REALTOR but I found out later that KATHY my FAKE Realtor was not fired and that she still works there.
I highly recomend NOT using this company
