Pretty simple really. NY-123.com charged my card immediately, gave no notice of shipment, and three weeks later I have not received my merchandise. The real problem is that the only method of contacting these people is through email: they have neither phone nor snail mail. More importantly, they DO NOT respond to email. I have made four attempts and have gotten ZERO response. I have filed a complaint with the BBB, and have also filed a fraudulent charge claim with my credit card company. I truly hope that posting on various internet forums will help to prevent anybody else from being a victim of these arrogant thieves.
