I went to EBAY and looked body jewelry, found a company that appeared to do good bussiness on the outside but when I recieved my jewelry it was anything but. I got the jewelry and took a shower, next morning one of the rings was gold still and the other was looking like a piece of steel. Confused I checked Ebay to see if I ordered gold rings and sure did, but can't be, maybe I left one of my old one in. Nope it's a fake, was gold last night and now looking like a piece of a navy war ship. I called the 800 # so its my body provided and it's to another company. I emailed them and they responded with
"What's your problem. We've done nothing wrong. Checkout our feedback and you'll see that we have been selling on ebay for over 8 years. Feedback shows that thousands of customers have good experience with our gold plated jewelry. The jewelry should last for quiet a while. It is important to not use any caustic cleansers or lotions, etc which can cause early fading. Also, some peoples body chemistry has a higher ph and might cause fading early. This is a medical/health issue that you might want to check into. What you might learn is that your body does not tolerate gold well and you need to stick to surgical steel."
At this point I give up trying to reason with them and will just try to help future customers from being RIPPED OFF by this company posing as jewelers. Thank you for listening and be careful out there people!
