While my surprise door lock smashed on my Stylish Records doorway, I first sent them. No response whatsover (oh, yes, there's an area if you like them to come quickly to your house to market you a brand new doorway or screen). Then I telephoned them at their INCH-866-597-4000 quantity and was informed the Unconditonal, Reassurance Promise will work for just one year. Not thinking that, I telephoned their Deer Park, NYC area straight and was informed that they'd deliver somebody out to repair the lock, however for $75 just for visiting the home, plus components. Is just a Marks lock, and Scars locks (Amityville, NY) changes all components without price or hassel, no-questions asked. Again, Stylish Records was attempting to tear me down. I approached Better Business Office, plus they explained that because the Stylish Records site does not say "Lifetime Guarantee", there's nothing they are able to do about this. I'll never, never, never get anything from stylish records again. Beware before you purchase. You will find lots of great, straightforward sellers available... Sadly Stylish Records isn't one of these!
