On April 25, I accepted DirectOnes offer (through an order to VistaPrint for business cards) for a 10-day free trial long distance plan. Six days later, on May 1, DirectOne charged my credit card $61.20. That same day, I called DirectOne at the phone number it had provided and ordered the service cancelled and my money refunded. I was assured the charge would be reversed promptly.
I have contacted them several times and they have assured me repeatedly that the charge has been reversed. It has now been more than 30 days and the charge remains outstanding.
Last Friday, June 5, I was told (again) that they cancelled my account as of May 5 and that the credit to my account was authorized on June 5 (!) and would post to my account within 48 hours. Today is June 9 and, to no ones surprise, it has not been credited.
