I, too. Received a notice and check informing me I'd gained a contests that I'd never joined. Additionally it directed me to sead a moneygram or by european nation for that fees owed about the money gained. I never actually bothered to put the telephone phone as directed. I understood it wasn't actual fron the start. What scam!!! Individuals shouldn't be permitted to deliver such items to naive people and provide them false hope.
