To begin with, let me provide a small dissertation with this problem. My loved ones and that I were on the market to get a fresh (and first) RV therefore we visited THE ONLY REAL RV dealer within our area (we reside in the UP of Mi - a rural region). After resting through five various salespersons, we eventually got oneis interest enough to exhibit us some models.

Long story short, we visited Sc to purchase a 2009 StarStream device using the same floorplan.

Whenever we got house (1200 miles) we realized that the screen-door didn't close correctly (a problem we didn't discover in the seller) and named StarCraft guarantee, who led us to... Hill-Top RV (recall, they're the only real RV dealership within the whole 300-mile region). Well, you know what? They declined to support our guarantee problem since we didn't purchase the device from their website. I called StarCraft guarantee plus they informed us they were an "separate seller" and didn't need to support us

Therefore, buyer beware coping with Hill-Top RV (recall, it is YOUR PROBLEM) and do not intend on having support completed should you did not purchase it from their website. If you should be on the highway and also have a problem intend to shell out of wallet if you don't purchased from their website. Main point here, I suppose you better not travel within our region and anticipate any kind of "CUSTOMER SUPPORT" as Hill-Top does not understand what these phrases are.
