In my own transactions with Laser Beam Systems, INC. Were in the beginning excellent. Their item change faild plus they changed it immediately. The 2nd turn on their solution failed again. I named them-and they stated they'd change it again. Which was 3 months before. I e mailed them to tell them I had been unhappy using their service and believed they offered poor goods and had horrible customer support.
Their response in the OPERATOR LEADER was that I had been Rude and Unpleasant plus they were preventing my emails.
They sure worry about their clients.
