I ordered a hat online from meshhat.com over four weeks ago and have not received it. I emailed them and they did not respond. They said it would take 1-3 days but i haven't received anything. I started emailing them after two weeks but i did not get a single response. I went to track my order to find that there was no tracking number. They have no phone number only a fax and they haven't responded to that either. I'm really frustrated since it was suppose to be a bithday gift. I would like to know what happened... If they are unable to send it can they refund my money.
