Telebrands is just a scam organization. Never enter their capture.
I acquired the Atmosphere push massager shipped on 5th May 09. The merchandise was defective. I delivered it back again to the company. On 8th May. They established me they have obtained the merchandise back on 11th May. I still have not got the reimbursement of Rs 2999/-. I paid Rs 3280/- at that time of shipping since postman requested for that money order costs. Each time i contact the telebrands customer service I obtain the solution we've sent the check on 1st June. I've not gotten any check till today. They're not providing any enjoyable solution & or they're refunding my income. I'd to courier costs of rs 400/- aswell to deliver the defective item back. Together with your support I'd like Item price & courier price reimbursement.
Their customer service quantity is never reachable. You have to test 30-60 mins to achieve them. They donot also react on email.
