Fapturbo, a hard to use, confusing EA (Expert Adviser) with terrible customer service, has completely ignored my requests for a 149.00 refund, and for that much money you would expect some kind of LIVE personal service.instead they make me leave voice messages that probably will not be checked, or send them an e-mail of you doing the trading (yeah I thought it was strange too). I am considering giving up as my sixth attempt rolls around! It didn't take me sixty days to realize that this is a waste of money, the back tests don't give any results back and I was running the bot for a little while but I made more money then the bot could in the short time that I was using Metatrader 4 (which is a great product by the way). Well please know that I will try to update this if I do get my refund! Regardless the customer service is terrible and this should be avoided if possible. Thank you!
