So, in January, I was going through my JUNK email (should have known) and came across an email with information on a "tested and proved" Forex trading robot. (Even my computer email knew it was junk cause I got it from my spam folder) Lesson learned. Anyway, I have had some interest in FOREX trading and the email sparked enough interest to actually go to their website to check it out. WOW! Jackpot!!! A Forex trading robot that didn't need a babysitter, was easy to use and could be set-up and left alone based on their over 9 years of back testing. Perfect because I didn't know anything about Forex trading but supposedly, this robot did!
Anyway, as I read the site, it gets better - from promises of 200%to unlimited potential. They got even more in depth as the page went on with fancy little videos and charts etc. Terrific! Sounds great right? Well, of course, one better jump onboard and buy it now because shortly, this thing is going to be the best thing on the market and only a limited quantity available. (Of course - should have known that!) Oh, and if you climb onboard today, well, you are getting one heck of a deal because very shortly, they will have to charge a monthly fee (2.5 times today's cost) MONTHLY so how about it little buddy? Sound good? I mean, easy to use Robot with a passive inclome, with no babysitting, easy setup and just let it go making you money every day??? Tempted? Oh wait, if you are not completely delighted we will give you your money back! Doesn't get much better than that right? And you can even get started trading in 15 minutes and be making money on the Forex market right away! WHY WAIT!
The cost? $149.00! What a deal!
What they don't tell you:
1) The recommend a brokerage firm that maintains spreads so high your robot will not open any trades unless you raise your spread levels (Against the robots built in safety net) putting your money at risk.
2) The recommended brokerage account has to be set-up and can take 10-14 days to get you up and running. Nice, considering your "Warranty" period starts from the date you purchase the robot, not the first time you use it!
3) Easy set-up? Hahaha - better know your way around a computer cause the files are planted everywhere just to get the thing working.
4) You could make money - a few cents at a time in the scalping mode but when the robot experiences some large drawdown, it will wipe out any earnings and more than likely half you account before it closes the trade.
5) NO PHONE SUPPORT - NOTTA! So if you have a question or problem, good luck because they of course are very busy and will get back to you when they have time or feel like it. Try using the provided forum to have other users help you...
6) Oh, and the no babysit thing? WRONG! Better watch this robot because it will close trades early or late. Either just before you could make a few bucks or after you have lost a few bucks! Not a great deal. I could manage to do that guessing without any knowledge for free!
7) God forbid you change brokerage accounts! After entering the forum to seek help and discuss the high spreads associated with their recommended broker (FXDD), I was told to sipmly change to another broker with lower spreads and several were recommended. So, I did research and changed brokers. Well guess what? ONLY ONE KEY CODE ACTIVE AT ONE TIME! Now I could not set up the FAPTURBO on the new brokers charts because my key code to the program was for the old broker. You have to get proof you closed out your previous account and EMAIL it to them for review at which time, they would "reset" your key code! You want me to tell you how hard it is to get a broker you just fired to send you anything much less proof you closed an account??? Hahahaha
8) I was able to get a screen shot of my account showing it was closed and sent it in with ANOTHER explanation of the situation! That was on February 4th. I have sent and have proof of over 16 emails requesting assistance to get this issue resolved and so far, NO ANSWER! Not even an acknowledgement they received the information! FAPTURBO SUCKS AGAIN!
9) FAPTURBO only trades from 9pm-2am (Safe times) M-T. It does not trade on Friday, Saturday or Sunday! Nice to know since they try to get you to buy the $70.00 per month hosting so you don't miss a trade or have to babysit the robot! Hahaha! Heck, I wouldn't leave it in the room alone! It will shread up you money faster than a casino in Las Vegas!
Now, I have wasted 2 months of my limited time, the time it took to type this complaint and to date, NO RESPONSE FROM THESE IDIOTS!
In closing, the ROBOT SUCKS, FAPTURBO SUCKS and anybody associated with them are scam artists! They take your money, recommend BS brokers knowing full well what their spreads are and will not return money, emails or give a call to assist!
So, in closing, if you want to waste your time, well, try FAPTURBO! If you want to throw your money away, drop me a note and I will send my mailing address, you can throw it my way! At least you will have peace of mind knowing that you had the choice of choosing how to lose your money! FABTURBO did NOT give me that option!
