Michael D Hagen, entered the attorney generals office and confessed to stealing over $900,000 dollars from various investors, and payroll taxes. He lied about being an accountant and in fact never went to college to become one. He then tried to go to several other cities, including Gulf Shores, Chattanooga, Nashville etc... To steal from other people like investing in a restaurant in Chattanooga.
He is now in a federal prison in Florida.
