I switched my home phone to T-mobile (voice over internet), after doing so I found my alarm didn't work. I called Guardian Security and they said we should have called them before switching phone companies. It did not state that in my contract that I needed to do that or that we would have to buy any new equipment if we changed phone companies. They won't let me out of the contract or put it on hold until they get their T-mobile service up and running, therefore I am paying for a service I am not recieving. The customer service people are rude and unwilling to help. I have 1 year left on my contract and I don't think it is right that I have to pay for a service that I don't get.
I have called, mailed letters, e-mailed letters, complained to the local BBB, faxed letters and still cannot get them to talk to me.
Next I will file a complaint at thesqueakywheel.com so that everytime someone looks at that website they will get an e-mail reminding them that my issue is still unresolved.
