I'll never again utilize Nationwide Pencil for my promotional give away products. I've had 2 main issues with them - the very first was many years before once they delivered me pencils by having an inappropriate email in it. After I named, they explained which was the e-mail I told them to put up the pencils (I requested from the web). After I told them no it was incorrect they explained that I'd need to show it. I delivered them a duplicate of the display I published prior to the purchase using the proper email. I never heard back from their store, and sadly didn't follow-up onto it.
Working it had been a-one period error, I requested several more occasions from their store without any issues. Subsequently on my last purchase, I obtained 1,000 pencils that have been virtually worthless. About 90% of these wouldn't create greater than a few phrases before stopping! Our helper mentioned this issue together (in regards to a half-dozen telephone calls, and 2 characters), plus they declined to reimbursement me or provide me a credit. I delivered them an example of the pencils, which not one of them worked, plus they declare they worked good! They offered me a $20 credit off my next purchase. Obviously I'll not utilize that credit or have something related to the corporation anymore. Crazy therapy I acquired, plus they declare on the site "our items are 100% guaranteed to become free from flaws and created for your purchase specification.in case your purchase is not acceptable, you might contact Customer Service to set up to come back the abandoned part, anytime within twelve months, to get a quick and courteous refund.
