Deceptive Business Practice - Online Bill Pay Circus of Lies and Manipulation

I've had my bill with Consideration Today for approximately twelve months or even more. Utilize it periodically to create purchases online or pay expenses.

Lately tried to stop an 'car-bill-pay' scenario via the internet bill administration that obviously was never terminated. I went directly into my account administration entry online in regards to a month before and experienced the procedure of rescheduling a bill-pay to my mobile phone company. The Consideration Today program documented in my experience the bill-pay have been terminated.

Calling back again to obtain a sincere response about my cash, 'Carrisa' responded and dicated in my experience that I'd 'named in a number of occasions nowadays, etc...' and confirmed no indication to be prepared to resolve the issue, I questioned her how it's the cost which should not have been sent, which was first a document check submitted the email *today*, amazingly turned an electric cost that CAn't be halted. She offered me the typical 'organization plan' 'processed customer support reactions' and hung-up on me.

Calling again hoping to obtain a person there which was prepared to do customer support actually having a great perspective to see simply when this cost would be to get to my mobile supplier, 'Jasmine' offered me a lot of the exact same perspective and uncooperative customer support speaches. And I would like to realize that the document check that turned and digital cost, might get to my mobile supplier in '3 business days'.
