The BBB report for Ashro Lifestyle gives them the grade of "F". I believe their assesment is a true representation of this company. After getting no resolve from the company through direct communication I resorted to the BBB in the hope of either resolution or getting the word out. Since Ashro Lifestyle would not, after two attempts, reply to the BBB of Chicago my case was closed.
