Did not honor guarantee. Sent three letters asking for my money back, no answer

I sent for the liquid love potion and I tried it out several places and even on my wife and no effect. I sent them three letters requesting my money back and i explained what i did and i got no response from them. On the letter from them it says *GUARANTEED TO WORK OR YOUR MONEY BACK*
