I initially contacted Nikon Greece Customer Service through their online ticket service on 12/02. I received immediately an automated reply containing my message and a reference/incident number (I have kept this email). Not only they never replied, but also when I logged in to my Nikon Greece account a couple of weeks later in order to check if there is a reply, my question/incident was deleted from the system!
I then contacted Nikon Greece again through their online ticket service on 08/04, received an answer on 11/04 and then I replied back asking some clarifications I needed about warranty issues... Never replied again! On 17/04 I opened a new ticket asking them to reply to my 11/04 message (tragic!). Last but not least, they did reply to my 17/04 message telling me that if I want to learn about warranty and repair costs, I should call them!
