We provided techs for 2 jobs this company had in Nov. I have invoiced and sent follow up statements, phone calls and emails. The emails started being rejected one by one last month and phone messages never returned.
We did receive an email on March 9 stating we would be paid within 30 days but they showed the wrong amount due. I sent an email requesting a correction and Drew Marheine responded on Mar 12 that it had been corrected.
Now the website is gone, the email addresses are gone and the phone messages are still being ignored. They only owed $302.89, but we paid out techs when the work was completed.
There were rebuttals that "persistance and reasonable attitudes produce results", I'm glad it worked for them. I have been both persistant and have kept a fairly cordial attitude to no avail. So far the only results I have received have been headaches...
