Sent my order # to their new! E-mail address 6-16-09 and requested refund. No response again

Still getting the same old thing from these con artists. Sent my refund info in over a week ago to their new gmail address. Re-sent it a few days later. Nothing.

I've seen the claims in their rebuttals about "this customer is getting a full refund" crap. Don't believe it. It's not happening. The rebuttals are more lies.
