I had a property under management with them and they were a total disappointment. They have so much turnover for property managers and no one ever informs you when they change so you don't know who to call. They never return your calls, voicemails or emails. If you call their main line you get an automated machine that takes you into voice mail hell.
I was given a months notice before my tenants left and I advised them to start advertising and showing the property. They did nothing. It took three weeks after the tenants left to post the property to their own website, even though they said they would put it up on their site right after the notice was received. When my tenants left the property it took me a week to reach someone about the move out inspection. When I finally reached them, they told me that they manage over 800 properties and they can't possibly be expected to call me with an update. They give you inconsistent answers and never follow up on commitments they make. Extremely poor service! Save yourself the aggravation, go somewhere else.
