I Business Credit Master for service to build my business credit. However once the process was initiated, the business trade references as advised by Business credit master didn't show up on my business profile (DUNN and Brad street).
Business credit master suggested it had to do with the fact I changed address. I however pointed out the business trade references were not showing up before the changed of address was done. Please note also
the change of address when requested was advised by Business credit master on how to do it for which the proper form was emailed to me by them (Heath Kellerman).in other words the proper procedures for changing address was follwed as advised. I was then surprisingly advised I had to purchase a package from DUNN and Brad street for which I did which would allow my trade references to show up on my business credit report. Please note this was not explained to me in the initial consultation. However after purchasing the package form DUNN and Brad street the business trade references showed up on my Business credit report after months of waiting. I then called Business credit master many times plus emailed them indicating the references were on my report and for them to honor the rest of my contract as agreed. They never returned my calls to finish the service paid for. I logged a ticket on their online system stating the fact and requesting for them to complete the remining applications in order to get the service paid for and they have not responded. As a matter of fact The vice chairman Heath Kellerman called
my number by accident and when he found out it was me hanged up the phone. The ticked logged is no 26 days old as of the time of writing this email. I am seeking a partial refund of my money
