Pay-Pal, over steps ther boundries and own rules with charge backs Atlanta Georgia

Pay-Pal steps over the boundaries that they are spots. I was using Pay-Pal for my business and there is no product sold and all my business is done on contracts only (painting service) the other day I received an e-mail from Pay-Pal that they were reversing a payment (something that they should not even be involved in with this matter), they charged my account and asked me for a response (and have not received a thing back from them as of yet) I did inform them that this was a painting job and was done for a Hindu man that after the job was done wanted us to change the color (that he picked) for free. I let them know that we did not do so as the man would not pay for the work that had to be done to change the color. And that the man has been trying to get the work that was done for free because we would not do this for him for free. I also informed them that this is a legal matter that needs to be in a small climes court if he feels that we should have done the work for free. Also we told them that in the state of Georgia a signed contract is legal and binding and that they were not even with in there rights to have reversed the payment on this mans credit card. I also told them that they were letting there self in for a law suite for doing so as they have let this man have the work for free. Lately the Hindu community have found in Atlanta that they can and are scamming the small contractor out of thousands of dollars of work by having there credit card companies reverse there payments after the work is completed for them. And people such as pay-pal are allowing this to happen by doing what they have done before they know the whole story. Pay-Pal rules are they have no protection on non-items that are not bought off line (RE: such as this painting contract). We are no longer going to use Pay-Rip Off for our services as they feel they can just let people get the services for free and not contact the vender before they take the money from them. How would they like it if people used there services and then demanded there money back from there credit card company and it was charged to them and they made no money for the work they have performed for there customer. We do quality work, we have signed contracts from customers (as we told Pay-Rip-off) and that this is something that should go to a court of law not done the way it was done. And that the reason that it did not go to a court of law was that the customer knows that he has not a leg to stand on if he took it there. He chose the color of paint, he bought the paint from Home Depot, he wanted the yucky green paint that he painted his rooms, and then he did not like the color and anted someone to redo the work for free because he did not like the color he chose. So where is it Pay-Pals right to charge back my account for something they have no right being involved in the first place! It is sad people can just use Pay-Pal to rip off others for work that is done to them. I do plan to file a lean on this creeps house for a lot more than it had cost him to have it painted, because in Georgia you can get all fees and time spent plus some small hardship attached to the bill when you have to do a lean. So in the long run I will (1) end up with the crepes home or (2) end up with a lot more than it cost to have painted his home. Also may also sue him for slander and problems he caused me with Pay-Pal as well!
