To focus on abatement of fines and/or curiosity using the government. Our $3,500 retainer was consumed, but nothing was done-for me as guaranteed. I was previously a paralegal, and that I realize that nothing is actually an assurance, but in the same period, I anticipated that some change to the finances using the government might have occurred consequently of Omni Monetary focusing on our account. Omni has been doing very little to alter or assist our scenario using the government
Nothing, neither good or damaging, nothing! I had been guaranteed from the preliminary Omni Rep. Who approached me that my $3,500 retainer could be adequate like a flat rate to accomplish our abatement difficulties with the government for the back-tax obligations. Although I've been informed that my whole retainer continues to be exhausted (and that I never was delivered any payment record until following the reality!), nothing has been completed to possibly solve or enhance our finances at-all, and sometimes even change it out in the method it had been before Omni was even yet in the image
IT'S THE IDENTICAL! I really could have endured below and burned $3,500 and been the greater for this! Omni (Rachel Gillette, Esq.) has been doing nothing on our account at-all, except lots of 'padded' payment (that we only today obtained!) and wasted time not doing what I required. Both myself and my CPA did anything to date, and Omni hasn't assisted at-all, and yet has consumed all of my $3,500 retainer. Omni Financial is simply another economic fraud designed to dupe unsuspecting customers out-of their cash, and that I have experienced to understand an extremely costly training here.
No element of our preliminary request abatement of fines and/or curiosity for the back-taxes using the government continues to be solved whatsoever. I've also needed to re explain a number of times this same demand several times, because they weren't usually on the right track using what I required them to complete: the government abatement just, and never any Condition responsibilities. The only real champion below hasbeen Omni, simply because they got my $3,500, cash that used to donot need to simply discard. And that I have nothing to exhibit for that cash, no change at-all to the scenario. I've truly never been thus cheated before.
