Omni-Financial is a rip off. The person that first contacts you on the phone is so nice and is full of lies. He only signs you up with the company. He will tell you lots of lies to get you to sign up with them.
When the attorney (or at least calls himself an attorney) takes over the case, he does nothing that the original person told you he would do. They assure you they can get you a payment plan quick and stop all liens or levys. Then negotiate for an abatement after a payment plan is in place. I originally paid $3200.00 and after 6 - 8 weeks, they contacted me back wanting $2500.00 more.
DO NOT BELIEVE ANYTHING THE SALESMAN ON THE PHONE IS GOING TO TELL YOU. Go to your local tax attorney or deal with the IRS yourself. When you ask Omni about all the negative reports on their company, they are going to tell you it is their competitors that post these comments. I am not a competitor. I am a consumer with IRS Problems that was taken advantage of by Omni Financial.
