I also had a very bad experience with this company. After a couple of weeks in Mr. Proctor's "coaching" program, I wanted my money back, and I was refused by his program assistant, Carol Gates. It's basically a 2-person operation (Bob & Carol) with a team of persistent marketers to close unsuspecting clients for the company's high-priced programs, and once they have your money, you won't get it back. They have a "NO Refund" policy — even if you're unhappy with the "coaching"! Is this even legal?
My fault for not doing my due diligence before giving them my credit card number. I complained to the AZ BBB to no avail, and the company refused to take any blame for my unhappiness with the program or being held hostage in it with no recourse for a refund. (It was interesting to note how they went from really nice & concerned for my well-being while their sales team was trying to "close" me into their program to how rude and falsely accusatory they became when I wanted a refund.)
Their extremely overpriced program (about $5000 when I took it) is just a generalized cheerleading program to get you to "further your education" by joining their much higher-priced "coaching" programs where you're basically selling Bob's stuff on commission. If you look up "Life Success Productions" on manta.com (small business info web site), it's interesting to see them list themselves as a "vocational school" with only 2 employees and estimated annual sales of only $80,000.
I assure you that Mr. Proctor is a MULTI-millionaire from his "coaching" programs alone! I once even received an email from him (in partnership with one of his protegees, Laurel Langemeier — another rip-off queen extraordinaire) that solicited me to join one of their exclusive programs that had a price tag of $100,000 to join! I kid you NOT! And this email came AFTER I had tried to get a refund for the $5000 coaching program and issued my complaint to the BBB. Stay FAR away from these charlatains — unless you don't mind making filthy rich guys even richer!
