Ripoff consumer rip-off fraud

I paid for my son Jason and daughter in law Roslyn Wedding pictures, ($3000) in August. They received only the thank you cards but till this day have not received their albums or the parents albums.

The photographer was paid in full and in cash. I have the paid receipts, He has the pictures, the negatives and the money. We are desperate. We have tried to hire a lawyer and this is to no avail. They want to charge crazy prices. Please help us we have nothing to show from this beautiful, beautiful wedding.
