As with everyone filing reports, I also responded to a job ad on Craig's List. I got the same exact PDF attachment; however, the person who sent mine was Beth Feldman.

I figured I would share this new name with everyone.

Good luck everyone with the job search. Jerks like this make job hunting difficult and depressing.
