Did not send product and continued to offer it for sale (this was one object advertised as one of a kind)

I bought a piece of jewellry through ebay/goantiques which was listed as "vintage gold-tone cat brooch is a wonderful piece, circa 1950's - 1960's." "Estate Designer Jade Pearl Turquoise Cat Broach" and sent a cheque which was signed for and very promtly cashed. However the piece never arrived. When I asked for shipping information I was told it was misplaced. When I checked the internet I found the piece was still being offered for sale.

When I registered a complaint with goantiques the cat was removed from the websites I had named and one site closed down. I have also registered a complaint with Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3
