Are they Bankrup? Impossible to reach, no auction, no reply emails

I am a Member at GoAntiques.com since over 2 years
Had a lot of issues with my credit card, with this company, took money from my card with out permition
Sice one month, sundely have no auctions anymore all the auctions in program have been cancel
Explanation " Ebay kick out GoAntiques " because they have a low feedback what is not truth 98%

They want to take from my credit card membership of $ 39.00 for the new month even does you do not have services and cannot reach anyone
I will appreciated if anyone has the same problems and could contact me
Are they Bankrup?
Why no one can tell me what is going on?
