I found same day divorce online. I read through all that they offered and agreed to pay an amount of $200.00 in return, the for divorce services they offered. First I filled out a detailed questionnaire about my current martial situation. I gave them all of my information and when it came to the other party's information I could not give them all of his information due to domestic violence and our safety.
I explained to a live chat customer service representative online about my lack of information on the other party and someone quickly responded that they did not handle domestic violence cases. OK! No problem. But there was a problem.
They had already charged my Visa card and had not provided the services I had paid for. I began calling, and calling, and calling, and no answer. After a week of calling I finally got an answer and only got the run around. Finally someone was talking like they could help me and advised me to call Leslie who would handle my situation with care. NOT! Still I did not give up I called and called and called for weeks at at time then I finally got another response from Leslie stating she could give me the managers information and he would take care of the situation better. NOT! Again?
Leslie called me back and assured me a refund if I could just fill out this refund form with this bogus Case # 286300927 she emailed me. Ok. I faxed it and weeks went by and still, no response. A year later, and nothing. JUST LIES AND AND DISAPPOINTMENT.
