Realty Right is a company that claims to "partner" with Realtors across the county to help stem the tide of foreclosures. Wayne Taylor is the head of the company and holds a real estate license in Illinois.
They have advertisements on Google Pay-per-click campaigns and are all over the internet with FREE webinars. BEWARE!
Their business plan is to partner with Local Realtors and provide them with 30,60, and 90 day late mortgage leads for a fee. I paid $1190 upfront for the first 3 month commitment and am on the hook for $395 a month after that.
Realty Right has an official looking contract which details their duties. These duties include: building a branded website, provide leads from 5 exclusive zip codes in my area, provide branded marketing materials, and provide a list of people who are late on their mortgages to do a mailing campaign.
NONE of this happened.
No one will return email, phone messages, or texts placed to the company.
BEWARE of this rip-off. I have heard through the grapevine that the company is going to file bankruptcy.
I have requested my money back because the services I was promised have never materialized and not one person at the company will return calls or emails.
I fear that my money is gone. Make sure that this does not happen to you.
