OAN, without my permission, added charges to my Embarq phone account. I am outraged!!! If they charge $10 to 10,000 accounts, they have $100,000 of our money to operate their business on. It takes 3 months to get your money back, which could give them as much as $300,000 worth of "stolen" money, at our expense! A "free" loan, with a "zero" interest rate... Now isn't that convenient!
Do the wise thing. NOW!!! Immediately!!! Contact your local phone company. Have your account blocked from third-party accounts. Ask your phone provider to block OAN in their phone company main database.
