Charging me for owing me money for 6 months

I moved. The simple "take your equipment with you". Not so. Service man did come and was very rude and pieced some wires together in yard. After taking weeks for someone to respond to my phone calls, I wait 2 days for 2 nd serviceman to come. He comes, yells at me about what I want him to do and said that is not his job. Calls and yells at supervisor on telephone. I had told person on telephone what I wanted. Both servicemen told me I would not be happy and to change to Direct TV.

So after months of trying to get service I did. Tried to find out how to get equipment back to Comcast. I was told they would not pick it up that I would have to return it to service center on Cobb parkway. So in Dec. I packed up everything and took to cobb parkway. Girl told me everything was returned and I should get a check in a month.

I then get a call that I had not returned my equipment. I gave them all the info off receipts from cobbparkway and they said that was good, I should receive a check in a month.

In the meantime, I am receiving bills with a negative balance and $33.00 a month taken off what comcast owes me. I call, give same info, I should receive check in a month with all the charges credited back to me.

It is June, I have just received another bill. I want the money they owe me and I want nothing to do with comcast ever again.
