Ripoff wireless ripoff

I payed my bill and 4 days later they shutoff my phone. I went in to the store and they made me feel like it was my fault because of a 21.00 fee that had not come up on my bill and they had not told me about. Every time i go into the store they make me feel like an idiot. These people realy need to pull their heads out of there anuses.
