STi prepaid - phone card compay rip me off of my minutes and my money from "African King" phone card that I bought for $5. My first call to Nairobi, Kenya was not connected so i hang up and called again but my card had only $4.20 reduced by $. 80 from $5 to $4.20 in a matter of seconds. I called the company to complain right away. They credit me back only $. 10 with a vague explanation. How can someone charge you for a gas for just standing by a pump? That is what they did to me. When i first made the call i had $5 in the card; i hang up after 10 seconds ringing and ringing and no one answered. I was surprised to see my dollar amount and my minutes reduced substancially. This is a highway robbery nothing more, nothing less. It is like you go to convinience store to buy something and you don't find what you want and you wanna leave but the store clerk will charge you some money for only entering his store. If this is not a rip off, then what else is?
