Order b-day invitations and never received them. Credit card was chared for purchase

Ordered invitations on May 3rd proofed them on May 7th. Were going to be shipped within 5-7 days. Never received the order and my credit card was charged. Have called and left several email messages but she does not answer and she does not return any of my emails. Shady business!
