I like several others ordered birthday invitations for my son's birthday party. I received an email right away the following day with a copy of the proof. I approved it and sent it back, but two weeks later have never received the invites. She has charged my credit card, though no service was provided. I have emailed her several times and have called. She has not responded to my emails or calls. I then researched her company on-line and come to find out she has 100 compliants against her and it seems she has been running this scam for years. My credit card company will be disputing the charge with her and I have filed a complaint with the BBB. I am not too sure why she has been allowed to stay in business. She is a total scam and needs to be shut down. One would Kristen... Karma!
