I'm really dissatisfied with this particular organization. It's difficult to achieve them by phone, and alls they answer your mail with is ripped and pasted info from there FAQs on the site. I requested $200 value of items plus they have now been delivered towards the organization by Fedex (their shipper) plus they maintain reacting using their earnings policy that I've to come back the vacant containers before I will obtain a return. But I actually donot have any items? How do I return empty containers? Probably the most annoying factor isn't having the ability to talk to somebody within the telephone.
