This Company paid me in bad checks for employment, Also paid off companies for orders with bad checks. I worked there 3 weeks to make enough money to move to Maryland and after I moved I found out the employment checks he paid me with was no good.
Since then he has moved his business's the Walmart Plaza in Altoona from Union ave where he was and I believe he changed the name also so he can continue ripping people off. I am a single mother that struggles to make ends meet and he knows this.
The places where the check have bounced are suing me for them and there is no way I can pay them. I was also told by his sister that also works there that he has done this several times.
She stated that after things get really bad he claims insane and signs himself in the mental ward stating he dont know what he's doing for a few months so he don't have to pay no one back then when he gets out he starts his business all over again. Over and Over.
I have been told I can end up in jail because i can not pay back the stores when I cashed the checks. This is so wrong. All I did was try to make some money to move. This man is Altoona's rubber check king. Please help me if you can PLEASE
