I had been dealing with this company over a period of time for personal issues I was having. The representative's name is Halena, and I felt that we had developed a friendship between us, and a real trust. Starting in about December I started to ask for my deposit back by email since I had not been able to get a hold of her by phone since last October. She emailed me back and told me that it was not the time to give up, and so I continued to call her phone, and leave messages for her to call, which to date she has not. I have sent several emails since December of last year requesting my deposit back, with about the same response back... That I should not give up yet, or using the famous manipulation tatic of, "you don't trust me anymore" I have all the emails saved! Last week, I became very angry when I called again to leave a message for the owner to call me back. I told him at the time that if I dont receive a phone call by Friday, May 22 to resolve things, I am contacting the FBI internet fraud division, and taking whatever legal action has to take place in order to get my deposit back! That I was also splattering the companies name over the internet. I guess they did not believe that I would actually follow through... Or I would not be here today! I find it interesting that the owner himself states that they have never had any un-satisfied customers, and they take pride in customer satisfaction. He also states that the company policy is that under any circumstance if a client is un-satisfied, that he will gladly refund their money with a letter of apology! I have a copy of that document of the company policy which I plan on using if necessary if it comes right down to it. If the owner is serious about refunding my deposit, then he can contact me... Halena has my number.
