False charges on my at&t phone/internet bill

I noticed A charge on my bill that isn't normally there. After trying to reach by phone and internet, with no success at all, I read some online statements from other people informing me of this scam. The web address is false and when trying to call on the phone, "The number you dialed can not be reached" recording is what I received.
