Shoddy merchandise (bed) with design flaw, Failed to repair, then claimed the warranty was up

I realized that The Room Store is not the highest end stuff, but one would hope that when something is designed badly they would fix it.instead, after sending someone three times and not fixing it they decied that it was time to pull out the warranty card and claim that it was no longer warranty. Do not patronize these folks. It"s not worth the few dollars saved
