In the last year Heina contacted me asking me if I would like to refinance my home loan. I told out right that I had NO interest at this time. She asked why and I explained that I wasn't sure of the market and wasn't sure if I would even be living at the address much longer. She pushed hard explaining that even if I sell it would be in my best interest to take advantage of all time lower rates.
She promised me that the my principle owing would not change and that it basically cost me nothing to refinance. I was a little iffy but she really sounded honest and legitimate. We went through the process and my monthly payment did go down. Later down the road my loan adjusted to almost double what I was originally paying. My principle went up and she added quite a bit of points (hiding money).
Recently I was forced to sell my home for less then I owed. I am a single mother with 2 children now living in a 1 bedroom apartment. My credit is completely ruined and the worst part is Heina made an estimated 6000-8000 off of my loss. If Heina ever contacts you I beg you please hang up the phone. Don't let her persuade you like I was.
